No. It would destroy any hope for existing shareholders including the new ones. Company uses consolidation as a way to discount its value for more capital. It usually is a bad sign for any company. A business has to make money and split the shares for lower the share price for market to buy.
It is good to see new investors would like to put money in at $0.001. How do you think consolidated price to $0.10 and new investors buy in at $0.01? A good business needs the splitting. A bad business needs the consolidation to cheat the guy to pay the burning money!
