    If you miss a repayment on Afterpay there are immediate ramifications (you'll get banned). It takes over 90 days for a Bank to act on a missed Home Loan or Personal Loan payment. And even then the Bank tries to work with you as they have to comply with the hardship provisions of the Code.
    This is why consumers will (&do) pay Afterpay before other loan repayments and even their other bills.
