Afterpay is fundamentally different to traditional credit providers. And in regards to your comment about comparing losses in normal conditions, that's not true. We have had literally every single BNPL provider on the ASX provide updates over the last 2 months. Given the 6 week turnover, according to your logic bad debt should have spiked already. Again I urge you to educate yourself and the thread I've referenced is a good start.

The last couple of months are actually above normal conditions. Stimulus payments have had a net positive effect on total wages. What happens after they’re removed is another question.
