what a lot of tosh gets written here. They are offering a very small bone to shareholders from 6 months ago, to honor previous commitments. The level is minor in regards to the market cap and I would think have a very minimal effect on the overall share price. As everyone has said, expect to be scaled back significantly. If you think you can play the game of selling now to buy back your holding at $23.50 - fine, do it but your sale of 100 shares is not going to move the SP. If you hold more than a hundred shares I would expect that you won't get back the number of shares you sold due to the expected scale back.
