Yes your SPP application form will have the Bpay code and your special Ref number. Just pay what you want to invest from 1K to 15K and you will be allocated the appropriate number of shares. I, and many others on this forum, expect the SPP to be scaled back so dont pin your hopes on getting full allocation.
SPP Shares are expected to start trading on or around the 30th of January (I think) have a look in your SPP booklet it will tell you that.
