Yes never being sure of this SPP I topped up with 500 APT earlier on. With the SPP if it's scaled back to 100 or 200 shares max I think that will be a reasonable result. I guess shareholders at the Jun 2019 record date who have since sold out are probably still able to participate.
Once the dust settles on this SPP I have other stocks and buys and sells to concentrate on. For me APT is a long term hold at this stage, not a day trade or sell.
