    Part of the deal is Ensign Gold will attempt to list as an IPO (TSX, I would suggest.)
    The warrants are very steep ($1.50 over 36 months) so Ensign is either confident or unrealistic. The deal seems reasonable with possible high upside given the location of exploratory areas.
    Read the release is my suggestion.
