I loved seeing the management use discipline and hold the ounces in inventory. We can wait for quite a while. I work for a power company and am grateful to be an essential worker right now. I am part of a union I bet their leader is like ours and gets personally offended when the company starts making money.

biting the hand that feeds in a pandemic isn’t too smart IMO. the union leadership looks pretty weak honestly. since they have gone on strike gold is up 2% and silver is up 12%. Management can hold out for some time. We don’t have to pay their wages during the strike. Despite Austral’s size even this supply being taken off market has an impact on price when demand is unprecedented.

The reserves in the ground keep gaining value and drilling continues at other sites. Some companies go up on drill results alone. Austral has exploration and production ready to come back online whenever management is ready to throw the union dogs a bone.
