thanks for the reassurance, certainly didn't buy in at sub 10. Understand the other factors but recent announcements have been ramped up yet there's been little in terms of positive market response. Small developments can be made to sound more significant than they actually are and novices like me can be persuaded by such enthusiasm! Holding firm for now.
