Yes. You would have needed to read the document to properly answer. Its part of gauging what support there is I guess and the market expectations going forward. I dont see the discount as a big issue and that will change over time. Its up to the market to pay whatever price they want. For the original investors back in about 2007, the it is more relevant as we paid $1 for I think 96 cents or something close. If you trade now you are buying a discounted NAV and so if you sell, then you sell under similar discount.
To me, I think many don't understand it properly or are selfish? Or maybe its me?
I was very happy with the income distribution and dont see china collapsing at all. What will the distribution be next? They do have distribute all income each year, I cant see it dropping back radically?
maybe this will be one of the best income stocks on the asx? the income dictates a price vastly higher than the NAV. Maybe its the marketing and awareness of this agf that the managers did not optimise?
Answer the call respectfully and try to be positive in response to give a clearer outcome
