Interesting announcement. Assuming the AMP stake can vote to keep the fund going, I would imagine the chances of the wind up going through are very slim. Although am guessing there could easily be 30% of this company held by activist funds that want to see this closed. But doubt they will win enough support to wind up.

This announcement seems to imply there is some chance the AMP stake can not vote in this decision. If they can't actually vote then a wind up is on the cards.
