Yes, they did something similar earlier in the year (numbers to April instead of to March, if I remember correctly). Nevertheless, the numbers look good. If wages growth gets traction, retail sales could well surprise on the up side. I wonder if Felix the Cat might be able to supply his/her usual penetrating insights?
