LoL Exactly "heavily subscribed", thats why they needed to raise at a 33% discount and give a free option as well.
These free attaching options are pretty brutal, if excercised means this raise was basically a 50% dilution, thats right shareholders 50% of the company has been taken away from you and given to others for a low 2 cents and 3 cents if options excercised.
If the share price ever gets back over 3 again going to be a hell of a lot of over hang, of people excercising the options and then dumping on market. 100s of millions of shares now. RIP share price.
All the while Josh Fegan, and the other leeches like CFO Robert Meissner have taken out millions upon millions of dollars from the company accounts over the last 5 years in the form of salaries and performance rights.
Should be criminal.
