Looks like the balance of the Note Holder (Obsidian) stock has been moved today given the volume at 3.5 cents - hopefully the new owners are not interested in the quick flip
I like this company but have questions around the board composition and remuneration (Chair on something like $120k) and the remuneration of the CEO is just way too high - Josh and the board seem seem to have pegged the CEO salary to that of a company with a higher market cap then AGH currently has (Circa $15mil) and then adjusted it higher again to reflect the cost of living in the UK....
Overall the stock need more news from PEAK as it seems this is the major driver of revenue growth and ultimately profit as the plant is yet to be running anywhere near capacity I am hearing and perhaps Josh moves to Canada where the cost of living is substantially lower and pay cut takes effect ?
