I agree, I think this may be good for AGI as new blood can be very good. Young and eager to make their way up the ladder. We could see a very bright future for AGI. Maybe the guy that is leaving who has been with the company so long needs time out. Maybe he has more then enough to retire on, maybe he has health issues, there could be so many reasons.
