Don't get me wrong, I think the machines (hardware) themselves are fine. Good clear screens and decent enough speakers etc...

I actually meant the artwork, and sounds. The audio used is dated and not in keeping with what is currently in the marketplace. They heavily rely on dated SFX and it completely detracts from the product. They are not uplifting to listen to and the synths used are horrible.

They need a change in their product management and creative teams. The style of games would've been fine 10 years ago, but they will struggle if they continue to churn out the current rubbish.
