    I think your right 9M shares short outstanding.

    SP has recovered and gonna fill gap tomorrow potentially.

    Those shorting probably out of money now and costing them to hold.

    That or a takeover is immenient and those in the know are scooping it up as much as they can. If it is I think offer is $2.5-3.
