Only time will tell the true intentions of all both parties..
Novomatic got what it wanted without having to pay premium... yes it leaves less gains on the table but pays less...
gaming and charity are clearly opposite extremes , no charity in this industry.
As I said it did well in getting a controlling stake without paying premium.
Judging by the HOT AGT has provided some confidence in Novomatic's intentions.
Short term investors have a right to feel neglected however without this the share price will continue to be unloved and undervalued.
