Intelligent Investor were calling this as a buy even after results at anything less than $3.30, but before the Nova bid.
in other words- if AGI holders voted against the proposal, then the value of the business would be exponentially higher, than if they voted for LEN and his family to walk away mega rich without any drama.
shame on you LEN- you are in your twilight years , but favorable remembrance of your legacy is the one that got away.
