To be honest, I can't help but think Novomatic isn't interested in moving to protect their investment. It's been almost 5 years since the Novomatic transaction was announced back in February 2016 and not much seems to have changed. I would have thought that if Novomatic were serious about protecting their investment they would have done it sooner. AGI is currently trading at around 38 cents so I do wonder how much lower it has to go before some serious changes are made.
To be honest, I can't help but think Novomatic isn't interested...
