So my take (which means nothing) based on this announcement is that AGI has engaged MQG to shop AGI around town to see if anyone will buy them. So I reckon Novo wants out and that the brains trust at AGI has given up trying to re-capture its former glory of 2014. Not surprising really given its recent mediocre game performance.
