As far as I'm concerned this is GREAT news and for the shareprice to only be down 15c (after a 26c jump on Friday) shows that the Market thinks so too.
We now remain as a single entity, I'm expecting the next take-over offer to be in excess of $12. I don't understand the criticism of MCB, remember any closures require a 3.5 year notification to the Govt and his seat(s) on the Board still have to be approved, which brings me to my next point - why hasn't the whole Board resigned ??
Who knows , Fortescue might have a crack , which would be awesome - Twiggy, MCB and Andy Vasey on the Board !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
