I simply trying to mimic him, in combating the damaging nature caused by the poll voting system accorded by the Corp Act. A small group of people are simply dictating the majority in which direction a company must go!
Like I said, I just go along with the wishes of the majority of individuals … therefore a Public listed company’ needs to have seperate clause in the Corp Act when it comes to voting - One vote per individual shareholder or entity.
