And, of course big shareholders like superfunds/HNW individuals have more say in the direction where the company should be headed, otherwise why would they invest such amount of fortune in the publicly listed company? If an investor isn't happy with the direction where the company is headed, and couldn't influence the decision of the board, logically, they would divest from the company. Which was probably what happened in the last few years as AGL share price had been on the decline day after day. Logically, if you are not happy with the changes to AGL now, you could sell your shares instead of babbling your nonsense online.
