I feel the deal is a poor outcome for shareholders. I am not surprised about the muted share price reaction.
Has any reader here ever come across a company that sold its core asset, but mentioned that only on one slide of a total of 30 slides in its presentation?
Do investors remember the results release was postponed? It was obviously done to align it with the announcement of the divestment, so Amaysim can talk about operations instead of the M&A transaction.
