    Based on its mobile revenue of $191m, assuming a conservative EBITDA margin of 30% Optus and TPG could skim off and a modest 5-times multiple AYS' EV would amount to $286.5 + $50m (net proceeds from the Energy sale) = $336.5m / 295.11m shares = $1.14 per share
