AGM has nothing to do with it.....they will issue a statement soon regarding t/o offer and the boards stance on it....

anyway, why should any of us care? its an offer, its higher than our current share price and hopefully attracts interest to our company...so where is the downside? come FEB 2015, this will disappear as a low ball useless offer that will coincide with us in full swing of production...

debt is all we have to resolve, tough one, but once achieved, re-rate. simple.
