From what I can see they have had a good first q, but then they are predicting a flat 1st half EBTDA. So if there was a record July, and record NOI for Q1 up 30% on prev, then why is the second quarter going to be really poor, or esp Aug and Sep? Then H2 EBTDA is to be really good, up 30% on the prev h2?
Seems to be getting far worse on comps then far better with no explanation as to why. Do we just cross our fingers and hope? Did anybody get any feedback on this at the AGM?
