Been watching these guys for a while now , deciding on whether to invest or not. I read a post a while back that stated something along the lines that if all of thier currently known assets could be converted at around 3% valuation of in ground value , that would equte to around $2.50 per share. I then watched the youtube of the AGM, where Chris said that they would need to dilute with a senior partner to get the other assets into production , and then said he would rather have 40% of something than 100% of nothing. Therefore in simple terms that equates to around $1.00 a share ATM.
Of course there are many upsides and downsides to come, and a lot of risk, so is 58 cps a good price? Another thing he mentioned re the sulphide roaster was that it needs a LOT of water. That comment needs serious consideration given that water in any quantity (let alone quality) is a major issue in that area. I would also like to know that if the sulphide roaster can also produce electricity, what fuel source is the roaster going to use - are they going to ship coal up the railway from somewhere?
