A helpful thing for exercise sans the Lycra. We all want to be alive to enjoy our investments so try not to stress. Interesting to see so many here with the crossover from martial arts to disco, even in the 80’s. Roller skates are so much better than heels, you can still do disco & joints are better supported in boots & on wheels

I never want to see any of my friends on HC have a stroke related to stress like my Mum recently did. One of the best medicines for that is laughter. Support each other & minimise the BP spikes. So I really appreciated the boys Sir Les posts yesterday. Never take your health for granted & maximise every day.
