Montgomery's thesis on Bingo is available for free ( no interest like self interest). Bingo derives its largest revenues from building demolition and recycling (correct). His references data on NSW / VIC construction activity and land sales is from economists like BIS oxford, who in my experience (property valuer) general get it right. Bingo's AGM report forecasts are taken from a construction industry forum which is likely baised. Good luck to those who held on after the AGM. unfortunately I sold prior for capital preservation reasons. will look to buy in again around February 2020.
