Did anyone else here attend the AGM and take anything useful out of it?

Commentary was generally boilerplate with little specific detail. It appears Michael Kennedy simply read verbatim the prepared Chairman's address released to market after the meeting. The CEO did not attend.

No details on expected timeframes to complete the BIH mining lease process, or the next steps/timetable for TZN to submit a formal response addressing Dept and community questions/issues. Nothing on financing other than a general statement that there is strong funder interest.

There were a couple of matters raised that may be of interest. First, the comparative reference to the Ramelius takover of Spectrum, suggesting BIH is worth ~$170m on an equivalent basis of $650/oz of resource. Second, in response to a shareholder question, Kennedy noted the company still sees a demerger of BIH as an option, but only if/when the mining lease is approved.

There appears to be value here but the road to unlocking/realising is still foggy and time to destination unclear.
