If its because the "10% placement facility" then thats not a good indicator.
It was in there last year...not used.
And has been there every year before that.
Not sure it was even used the year prior as at 36c Capital raise the $30million with 900mill shares on issue doesnt loom like it triggered it.
Can raise probably up to $15 to $20million at current SP without even using it.
Someone asked a question about it at the AGM who obviously does not understand what that 10% placement facility is. Its a standard inclusion and listing rule allowance for all spec stocks to not need to go to an EGM to raise funds.
Capital will however be needed in 12-24months...thats for sure...but not based on the facility allowance.
