It means reduced as in the chemical mechanism that caused the copper to precipitate there, not as in reduced in size.
Still, quite disappointing to have so few updates after so long and not a single word on the assays pending.
I guess they will record this and upload the video? Maybe we can get some answers there, as this document is just the script they will be using for their presentation.
