Same as asking why doesn’t your favourite Football team win games against top opposition and yet lose an easy one? Or why does a full forward miss a goal from straight in front and yet kick a miraculous goal from the boundary?

To be honest, you don’t want huge gains in one day, it’s better to just see constant small growth. Just keep printing off higher highs and higher lows.
If you have a look at many stocks that have a huge spike in the SP, they give it all back soon after . Meaning holders take the advantage to lock in profits as they know that spikes do t hold, there’s always a retrace. Traders and shorters also join in ( blasphemy). That’s fine but it loosens up the register.

Anyway, this is looking a lot nicer for a reversal, a few pay attention signals went off in the last few sessions.
