Yes........above 25% NO vote activates a first strike
If a second NO vote of above 25% occurs at next AGM then this will be a second strike
An EGM can then be called with an additional resolution for a board spill. However a board spill will require a NO vote of above 50% for this to occur.
This is my understanding but happy to be corrected if need be
