You have effectively had the crew from AVQ land on your doorstep and they are specialists in endless capital raisings with SI's.
The Board at MNM is now chaired by the AVQ chairman and another new Director is a top 20 shareholder in AVQ.(through BBB CApital)
If you look at your top 20 from Nov last year to november this year you will see a whole raft of new names in it. A lot of them correspond with AVQ major shareholders. IMO I would say that AVQ top 20 shareholders now control at least 17% of MNM and perhaps as high as over 20%. This just from looking at the top 20.
Why have a big connected group morphed over to MNM?
Is this a show of immense confidence in the Gold projects of MNM or is the game of manufacturing profits from capital raisings within a tight circle of SI's about to be launched on the shareholders of MNM as many of us feel happened over at AVQ.
Beware of massive salary packages with no corresponding results being proposed and pushed through by controlling the share register with Chums. This will be one of your first signs that a rinse and repeat cycle is being perpetrated on you guys over here.
Perhaps the access to capital that these guys undoubtably do bring will mean that the company can make these projects happen. Hard to tell.

Hi DJM, I am not too familiar with the AVQ project but I as far as I am aware, the project in its infancy and perhaps holders were not prepared for the large amount of money required to bring a project into production. This too maybe why AVQ management have diversified into MNM as its project is going to be in production far sooner and for less capex.
