    Thanks DJM

Well if these guys can raise cash as easily as you say then that would be beneficial...as long as it isn't at these levels!

I think the situation is pretty simple (well it is complex, but I will make it as simplistic as I can).

MNM needs cash (just like any speccie explorer does) to move to producer status. To attract the type of investors required to do that are not the Mum's and Dad's (no disrespect), but cats with cash circa several 100k and up. For these guys to invest, they want a "fairly" guaranteed return - understandably and within a specified time frame (so they can reinvest and so on). For this to occur they have to have faith in the leaders of that business (are they experts in their field, do they know their stuff, can they present to brokers, can they meet time frames, have they delivered on projects of similar nature before, etc.).

So if you say these guys that have invested in MNM can drum up the cash - tick.

Now do we have the right leaders in place?

MS is a narrow veined, highly manual potential gold mine.

Rick V is a geo with gold mine management and 30 years plus in the industry.

Matt G is a mining engineer specialising in narrow veined gold mines. He has been involved in the construction, commissioning and operation of 3 major gold mines - we are talking about 1 million oz plus operations.

So would these investors believe these guys have the credentials to put their reputations on the line??

More importantly for mine - why would these two highly employable gold specialists having managed and operated successful gold mines in the past be interested in money poor MNM/MS if it was such a dud (and these guys are not getting paid "massive salaries" DJM)?

Oh...and it just so happens that A1's (the mining operation that MNM's MS tenements surround) Exec Chairman Dale Rogers used to work with Matt Gill...just a coincidence of course.

    My money says YES.

    Cheers K
