I have had time to look at little snippets of what is being posted but I suspect the most salient objective measure of how the market sees this announcement is the fact that only about three quarters of one percent of shares on issue were traded today including those shares traded when the price moved up to 58 cents. Indicates to me that the 99% of true investors in BRN saw nothing out of the ordinary in the information provided via the AGM today.

One little thing I did glean was that the slide on page 16 in the margin incorrectly refers to millions when it should say billions. No doubt about it in my opinion when you take the narrative in the written report and the heading of the diagram into account. Not sure whether this is the error Yak is referring too.

The other thing I was keen to look at was the slide comparing AKIDA to its potential competitors at the far edge. It tells me two things AKIDA has no competitors at the far edge. IBM and Intel want to compete at the far edge which must mean something about the potential at the far edge. Rob Lincourt of DELL Technologies confirmed that the far edge is where it will be at in billions of devices and that AKIDA technology has the goods.

Anyway I suspect it will take me quite sometime to properly analysis and think about the whole of this presentation.

Remember there is significance to shareholders by this having been made a market sensitive announcement on the ASX which is that the Board is now obligated to issue immediately a correction if any thing which comes to light that puts the forward looking statements and assertions made therein ln doubt. The only way this can be achieved under the rules is with a price sensitive ASX announcement and failure so to do carries actual criminal penalties.

So the couple of posters who think that this is just stuff we already knew should rethink this position as although I knew much of what was in the document during my first iPhone read I did not know it through an ASX price sensitive announcement carrying these protections. This alone adds to my confidence.

regardless of whether an announcement is market sensitive or not, directors are obliged to update the market of information provided within an announcement changes into the future.

This announcement was poor, contained nothing new and only adds to the doubts around the length of time before any contracts are actually signed.
