Regarding Thor, 51% earn in after $300,000 spend by end of November 2021, (AR has said he will not extend it again, even though I find that hard to believe) further $800,000 spend by June 2022 and then a further $1.2m by 2024 to get $70% but also have a 2.5% Royalty to VMS for memory.
