Thanks for update @pavl Nasdaq listing is likely the end game / exit plan for FG and New York investor so i expect that it will likely happen when maximum value can be achieved which i do not think will be achieved until Senetas builds an operational presence in USA and is operating profitably. i think it is also not a good move to hitch our wagon totally to Team America. Whilst USA buyers will want equipment manufactured in good ol' US of A, buyers of custom algorithm encryptors will almost certainly not. Senetas needs to retain Australian manufacture to serve markets outside USA. Senetas needs to set up a USA operation to serve USA, and when sales to Europe&UK warrant, possibly setup an operation in Germany. Australian  operation can then serve Asia.I see this all taking at least 5 years and should be done prior to NASDAQ listing in my view.
