If the new reactor lives up to operating at its potential capacity ("20-30 ktpa") it will be well beyond the supply capacity of the bio-methane from the water treatment plant. A possible connection to a natural gas supply could be both feasible and profitable. It would make a lot more sense than the current policy of flaring the hydrogen.
