    If Hazer moved the commercial readiness target from year-end to post MK2, it would be a shocker. I don't really buy it.

    I think we're overlooking what the nearer-term 2,500tpa Canada FID can bring. Everything suggests this will be independent of MK2.

    Of near-term interest, Hazer and Fortis have to submit final plans for regulatory approval. This may be sometime Dec-Feb for FID at the end of H1.

    If they don't declare commercial readiness with MK1, submitting the Canada plans is a big green flag.

    This will be quite an occasion, I think. A more or less off-the-shelf 2,500tpa product could be applicable for the Chubu Electric deal. It can even be a launchpad for city-scale wastewater projects.

    Out of interest, in Australia wastewater appears to be managed by state-run utilities. I suspect Hazer's exclusion from Hydrogen Headstart won't matter here, as state H2 strategies and funding seem to apply.
