not entirely correct @moneyslogger - they were closing a plant which was aging - their SA plant is producing more volume now since upgrade (total volume increased) and cost benefits of closing old site outweighed the increased volume (at overall lower price) of having two sites open...
Have to say... when Harry's replacement is found... there better be some better conditions on LTI's being maintained... holding each prior years entitelements for 12 months isn't enough skin in the game to show that the LTI actually aligns the manager with the business.
Perhaps performance rights would be better than full shares???
