Would be great if the CDP were running, but I expect the prototype will determine the FID. At least Suncor isn't fussy about graphite quality as yet, they seem to only care about H2.

The missing CDP production put li-ion battery work on the back burner. We know the University of Sydney research produced decent results around zinc batteries and water purification.
Re graphite as building materials or fertilisers, or graphene for touchscreen films, my guess is they're working these with the partners we don't know the names of. They had at least 11 material transfer agreements with companies a couple of years ago, perhaps up to 20 recently (from memory).
