I am wondering if anyone else feels that ASIC has gone missing with SO4. Whilst the Board have been sidelined under the VA the question remains who is protecting SH interests in this business today? The fact that KPMG has secured reporting relief from ASIC until at least 20 April 2022 there is no obligation on any person or entity to keep SHs informed. Any wonder investors are sceptical of protections afforded shareholders on the ASX. In an election year maybe us SHs should be more vocal as a united group about the lack of protection for investors in publicly traded businesses?
