    1. From the Annual Accounts the only Executive is Barnes.
    2.. Looking at past Annual Accounts she is contracted to work 15 hrs per week and gets more $ when she works more.
    3. Barnes has multiple jobs and her main Job is a huge role overseas where she is a CEO.
    4.. What do us Indiana Shareholders expect to get.
