Looking at it live-stream and the qty of Excluded Votes is only 9,375,000 !!!

There are NO related entities allowed to vote on this for Mrs Feldman to get this payout ! WTF??

Until online voting is concluded shortly, it looks like her vote is being carried by a majority 67.44% to 31.27% !!

There's no way it would pass if it was listed as a Special Resolution (+75% required) which it should be !!

ASIC have to look at this !
