I wouldn't say cheap, so much as reasonable value. From the Q4 report they should have about $200k in cash plus 25m TZN shares, which at around the 7c mark is worth $1.75m, which pretty much takes you to the MC of $2m.
But they own the shares and they decide what to spend the proceeds on when they sell them. So at this stage I reckon you're better off sitting in a queue to buy TZN in your own right, if you don't already have some.
