    Could points that I found interesting for those that didn't listen in:

    Probably the main point was the candid admission that messaging of MABR in America needs needs a lot of work. I think this was two fold.
    1. What is MABR?
    2. What do you mean Fluence sells MABR (for those that know about MABR)?

    This goes to the guts of why Tom was employed. He has the networks, he knows the right people eg Engineers that can sell, not just salespeople, he understands water, the geographic segments etc

    Both Tom and Richard understand that the right people need to know rather than spend $$$$ on 100s of salespeople. That's why Tom, Rick and Doug are there. Tom very complimentary about the management team.

    In the time Tom has been there, he has had 3 water CEOs ring him and state " what do you mean, Fluence has MABR"? "wish we had it". This goes to the heart of point 2 above.

    Their expertise in generating reoccurring revenue matches the strategic direction of Fluence moving into the future.

    Apart from the Space X sale, I also found the point about America and the opportunity of matching our range of products servicing small houses right up to large cities as being a competitive advantage compared to other providers.

    Tom mentioned that 1 third of sewage plants in USA service very small communities from a couple 100 to 1000s. Most people think America is made up of large cities. So the opportunity to service 100 - 1,000,000s with the full range of Fluence products provides that competitive advantage.
